DFLP : The European Courts decision is a victory for international justice and Trumps decision on the International Criminal Court encourages rogue states to attack.

■ The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine welcomed the European Court’s decision to exonerate the boycott of Israel campaign (B.D.S) from the accusation of anti-Semitism, and consider this as a victory for international justice over the policies of intimidation of public opinion, and imposing the authority of the occupying power on it, by accusing who opposing its aggressive policy and condemning its crimes described as accusations of anti-Semitism.

The Front saw in the European Court’s decision a victory for democracy, the right of peoples to defend their national dignity, and the sovereignty of their lands and in defense of international law, and dedication to it as a basis for relations between peoples and states as an alternative to aggressive policies and their violation of international legitimacy, which the occupation state represents its vivid model in our time.

In the same context, the Front condemned US President Trump's decision to suspend the issuance of entry visas to the United States to members of the International Criminal Court, and imposed sanctions on it and saw this as insistence from the Trump administration to prioritize jungle policy and its laws over the policies of international laws, and evading the ethical and legal responsibilities that necessitate regulations Democracy supports and assigns the International Criminal Court its responsibilities in combating war crimes and crimes against humanity and punishing the perpetrators.

The Front said that the Trump administration's position constituted a hostile move against our people, especially after the International Criminal Court reaffirmed its legal mandate to examine Palestinian complaints against Israeli war crimes and their perpetrators.

The Front stressed that the failure of the United States to sign the Rome Charter does not exempt it from accountability to the international community and its laws in force, to the extent that this constitutes a condemnation of Washington's policy of assaulting people and plundering their wealth and working to undermine its economy and legal systems in the service of the forces of dependency and depend on imperialist policies ■
