Boycott Movement (BDS): Invalidation of the Undertaking Law Not to Boycott Israel

Activists in the boycott movement appreciated the decision taken by the Eighth Federal District Court in the state of "Arkansas" in the United States of America to invalidate the law to force those who wish to contract with the American government to sign a pledge not to boycott Israel.

The Israeli occupation state also suspended the sale of 50% of the shares of the "Beitar Jerusalem Club" to Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Khalifa and the Al-Nahyan family, after discovering that the Israeli mediator, "Nahshonov", is a deceiver and forge contracts, and today lives in the UAE under a second name.

While the boycott movement (BDS) condemned the announcement of the accession of the Israeli occupation state in the "global logistical" passport launched by the UAE, with the aim of enhancing global trade and reducing the costs of shipments and goods.

In turn, 1500 German and international artists condemned the decision of the "German Bundestag" which criminalized boycotting the Israeli occupation state, and accused the boycott movement of anti-Semitism, in light of the demands of some German parliamentarians to withdraw this decision, which restricts freedom of opinion and expression.
